What is not included in your priced packages?
My packages with pricing do not include any extensive or custom programming. (Please Note: We CAN do ANY programming or ANYTHING that is needed but only through our custom website package). The reason we can't do programming for the priced packages is simple. The time it takes to do custom programming varies greatly on what is being done. The packages we offer all have set prices attached and only include what is listed in the package. If you need programming then you are looking for a custom package. Please get a Free Quote from us and we can gladly set you up with whatever you need. Don't worry, our rates are extremely inexpensive.
What happens after you order?
Once you order, we will contact you via email. Of course, there will be no shipping cost because delivery will be made through the internet. After payment is received, the website creation process will begin.

What do you have to do?
Once the first mock-up of your website is complete, you will be contacted with a link to the new design. After you have reviewed your preview pages, you let us know what changes you would like (if any). (Please Note: We try to understand exactly what you want before we start the website. That way we need to make less changes after the design is already complete). After your website is completed and you are fully satisfied, we will setup your hosting whether it's with us or your own provider. 1. Brainstorm with us so we can get an idea of what you want.
2. Email us the pictures and text you want put on your website.
3. Take a look at the design and let us know if you want any changes.
4. Once your website is done, we will setup your domain and hosting.

Are there any additional costs?
There are absolutely no additional charges and no hidden fees. Every project is different and if you would like additional services, we will tell you if their are any additional costs before we start the design process. You can choose a package from Our Services page or submit a Free Quote for a custom design package. No matter what you have in mind, we can do it for you. Let's get started!
How do you receive your website?
We will upload the website to your hosting account and set everything up for you. (Please Note: We provide Hosting Services and can gladly setup these services for you. If you have your own hosting, we can setup your website there as well). We will also direct you to online tutorials on how to update your own website along with all the information you will need to maintain it. We are here to make this easy for you and we guarantee to stay by your side until you are fully confident in maintaining your own website.
Can we update and maintain your website for you?
Yes we can. However, this does cost extra, it is very affordable. We also provide Support Services for after your website is complete. These services are a huge help for clients that don't have the time to maintain their own websites. We update, maintain and support your website for you. We will do this for a length of time determined by our original agreement with you. Website maintenance is explained and priced in Our Services section.
What is hosting and can we host your website for you?
Yes we can. This is a service we can provide for you. Hosting is explained and priced in Our Services section. What is hosting? After designing and building your website, it needs to make its way to the internet. Hosting allows your website to be seen by people all over the world. It is a "server" that "hosts" all of the images and website files on a "public" space so it can be viewed on the world wide web. Hosting is necessary for your website to be placed online and to show up on search engines. Most hosting company's allow you to take a domain name that you've registered (ex. www.yourname.com) and direct your website files to that specific domain. See "Domain Registration" information below.
What is domain registration and can we register your domain for you?
Yes we can. This is a service we can provide for you. Domain Registration is explained and priced in Our Services section. What is domain registration? An important part of having a website is having an easy but catchy way for your customers/clients/viewers to find your website. For example, in order for our clients to find our website, they must go to our domain which is www.urbanelementz.ca. We can gladly register your domain for you once you've chosen a domain name. We can register any domain name that is available online. That also includes .COM .NET .ORG .CA, etc. More details will be given after you Contact Us for these services.
